If you are interested in a quote for a BIBO build the first best step is to email us your inquiry or call us. Help us learn more about what you are looking for and about your property.

Prior to a site visit, a desktop assessment will be completed to check whether your property meets certain minimum requirements to build your preferred BIBO.

Whenever possible, we will check lot size, zoning, width, setbacks, surrounding environment (laneways, reserves, etc).

It would be very helpful also to review Property Documentation such as the Section 10.7 Planning Certificate (previously S149 (2) Certificate), the Deposited plans, the Title Search, and the Sewer Service Diagram to find any issues that may add up to the final cost so it's clearly covered in your quotation.

One of our team members will come to visit your property and inspect the following:


  • Access to your backyard

  • Proposed BIBO location

  • Service connections points (Electricity, Water, Sewage.

  • Stormwater Connection​

  • Slope of your land

  • Trees

  • Distance from other structures

  • Items to be demolished


Site inspections are critical to identifying possible restrictions to the build and assessing the connection works. Once completed we will prepare a preliminary quote for your consideration.
